The mission of the Client Services Group is to understand the information technology needs of the academic disciplines and departments within the College of Arts and Sciences and develop strategies to serve those needs.

Service Advisory Team

The Service Advisory Team (SAT) serves as a advisory team to the director of OASIS and the LAT. It is composed of 3-5 representatives from throughout the organization. They meet to discuss, and with approval from the leadership team, act upon, organizational wide internal and external services and procedures.

The Infrastructure Advisory Team (IAT) serves as a advisory team to the director of OASIS and the LAT Team. It is composed of 3-5 representatives from throughout the organization. They meet to discuss, and with approval from the Leadership Team, act upon organizational wide internal and external infrastructural issues.

The Outreach, Instructional and Training Advisory Team (OTAT) serves as a advisory team to the director of OASIS and the Leadership Advisory Team. OTAT is composed of 3-5 representatives from throughout the organization. They meet to discuss, and act upon with approval from the Leadership Team, current and future outreach efforts, including but not limited to: training, instructional, and documentation efforts.

They meet to discuss, and with approval from the Leadership Team, act upon organizational wide internal and external policy, staffing, strategic planning and other high priority initiatives.
