Enterprise Systems Group

Page Citrix
OASIS provides web accessible applications. This service allows users in the College to run certain software titles without the need to install them locally.
Page Research Computing
The research computing area is an effort to provide a bridge between services that are provided by ITS and the needs of various kinds of research activities across the College. This nascent group is currently mapping out the "universe" of technological research needs, tools, and campus-provided resources so as to arrive at a set of technological solutions that OASIS could be in a position to provide long-term.
Page Active Directory Management
Active Directory is a directory service developed by Microsoft in order to deliver a directory-based architecture for domain resources such as authentication, security, management, and client resources. AD provides a central, replicated, and secure database of said resources in order to deliver a robust and comprehensive solution to the demands of Information Technology.
Page On Call Service
OASIS provides on-call services to ensure that off-hours support will continue for the services we provide. Currently, the supported areas are defined by the management team. On call duties are delegated on a rotating basis to OASIS staff members, who function as the primary contact in order to respond, analyze, and follow through with resolution of the support issue.
Page Patch Management
Patch management is the process of controlling the deployment of both application and operating system patches and updates throughout the organization. It is necessary to maintain a stable, efficient, secure, and up to date infrastructure in order to overcome security vulnerabilities and intrusion attacks. Patch management is also necessary to overcome these security concerns in order to protect the organization’s intellectual property and production environment.
