Using AI can help you to quickly generate a lot of questions related to a specific topic or reading, allowing you to pick only the best from a long list, or have a larger and more diverse question pool. AI is also helpful in analyzing current assessment questions to identify areas of ambiguity, or to generate dummy answers for new or existing multiple choice assessments. We recommend this be used with formative assessments in order to help manage assessment fatigue on the part of students and instructors.
