Level 2 Cloud and VPN

Study data that is accessible over a network connection must be accessed securely (i.e., from on-campus or via a VPN connection).

Study data kept on the College file server meets this requirement. (what is the college file server?)
Using Remote Desktop from off-campus to your office computer is acceptable while using a VPN connection.
Study data contained on your desktop computer should not have file sharing enabled.
Cloud based storage is not allowed for study data. Examples include: DropBox, Google Docs, etc. (onedrive?)
