Rob is responsible for all desktop support operations, customer satisfaction, and related issues in the College. He has provided IT support on behalf of OASIS since February 1998. Rob’s professional areas of interest are: Defense against Social Engineering, Encryption, Disaster Recovery, and Digital Forensics. Rob received a BA in Art from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1996.
